Reception · Metro Vancouver
Patients choose the clinic with recent reviews. Not the most.
Recency beats volume in local search. A steady trickle of new reviews outranks a pile of old ones.
Physio, dental, chiro and wellness clinics compete on a Google map pack where the top three get almost all the calls. Most clinics have reviews — from 2022. Recency is the lever nobody pulls.
One stand at reception, tapped on the way out. It produces a small, steady flow of dated reviews without a single staff member having to remember anything.

Are we allowed to ask patients for reviews?
In Canada, yes — you can invite reviews, you just can't incentivise, filter or write them. A stand invites everyone equally, which is exactly the compliant version.
The setup
What we'd ship you.
