Fleet & bay · Metro Vancouver
Every vehicle, every bay, every key — its own tap point.
One tag per unit. Condition reports, manuals, checklists and reviews, tied to the actual vehicle.
Rental and service operations run on paper that gets lost: condition reports, fuel policies, service history, the wifi password for the waiting room. Meanwhile the review request goes out by email three days late and gets ignored.
A tag on each key fob or fuel door pointing at that unit's record. A stand at the service desk for the review while the customer is standing there paying — not three days later.
The moments
Four points in the visit where a tap does work for you.
- 01Key handoverTap the fob tag → condition report and fuel policy for that unit
- 02In the bayTap the equipment tag → checklist and service log
- 03At pickupTap the desk stand → review, while the invoice prints
- 04ReturnTap → damage report form, timestamped and photographed
Per-unit
each tag carries its own link and analytics
Will the tags survive a wash bay?
The domed tags are IP67 and rated −20 °C to 70 °C. For metal-mounted placements we ship the ferrite-shielded version so the read isn't detuned by the panel.
